I'm Sure I can Predict what Your Morning looks like, YOU Wake Up to a generic alarm Clock Sound, Roll out of Bed, get Dressed, Grab a mediocre Breakfast, and Leave the House still Rubbing Your EYES and Yawning. How would I know? Because WE All do it..
Here I'm Suggesting Some Ideas...
1. RISE EARLY
We are all Familliar with the Quote, Early to Bed and Early to Rise makes Jack Healthy, Wealthy and Wise. I cannot Promise YOU on tnhe Wealthy Part but YOU will definitely feel more energized and Happy, It might seem hard to Rise Early but once you get used to it you will feel a Positive Change in Your Lifestyle.
2. STOP SETTING YOUR ALARM
There is nothing more Annoying than a Loud Alarm ruining sleep in the Morning, There are moments when you feel like Hurling Your phones across the Phone, but politely press the snooze button a million times instead, What is the use of Alarm if you cannot woke up in the Moment it starts buzzing.
3. DON'T CHECK YOUR PHONE
According to recently survey 75% of the People admitted to checking their phone first thing in the MORNING. Even before getting out of the Bed and Stretching people check their various social media accounts. Exposing Your Eyes to the Screen light from your phone is not Only Harmful but will also make you feel more Tired.
4. MEDITATE
Another effective way to start your morning on a Positive Note is to set aside a few minutes to Meditate. Meditation is an Extremly Powerful tool that can Calm the Mind and Improve Your Concentration.
5. KEEP YOUR SURROUNDINGS CLEAN
In Order to be Positive and Calm in the Morning, It is extremly Important to Keep your Surroundings Clean at all Times.
You know I never use alarm,really I don't need ,but I always check my cell phone after I wake up because there I have someone who means to me so much.
