ANGER is a very common problem Today, Many People suffer from this problem. In ANGER they do something that they later regret. Angry People quit their Jobs, Beat up someone, Break house hold articles and have to face many Problems.
Anger is a feeling like Laughing, Crying, feeling Good, Such ANGER is also a kind of Feeling.

1. CHANGE PLACE WHEN ANGRY

  Whenever get Angry, immediately leave the  place, Apart from this the Person on whom You get Angry. The advantage in this wayis that the place or the person n which You are Angry does not remain in front of You and You are save from getting Angry and the loss from it.

2. RULES TO FORGIVE AND FORGET

The rule of forgetting to run away with Anger is very effective. For this, You can forget the Negative Feeling for someone, if someone says something bad You can forget it. If someone has made such a mistake that he can be forgiven, then Forgive him immediately. You can avoid  Anger without any Reason.

3. THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK

If You get Angry, whatever You say to the Person standing in front of You, before You Speak Think that you are going to Speak somewhere wrong. If you think that is correct then say it, Do not Talk loudly. In this way You will be saved from Speaking wrong & Anger.

4. SHOUT IN PRIVATE

Whenever You are feeling very Angry, Immediately move away from that place and go to schedule Place and Shout very Loudly, By doing this, the Anger insides you comes out and You will start feeling Calm in this way. This way of calming Anger is very Good and Effective, sometimes I also try and use it and succeed.

5. THINK POSITIVE & DO POSITIVE ACTIVITIES



The Person should always be Positive minded. Whenever You get Angry immediately start thinking about something Positive, You can also be involve in any Positive Activity. This kind of Activities will remove Your Anger.

6. LISTEN TO MUSIC & MEDITATION

If You like listening MUSIC, then definetly Listen. You can also use the Meditation to escape Anger, Apart from this You can walk in the Morning & Yoga daily.
With all this Positive Activities, Your mind feel Fresh and You reduce Anger.
